Respecting human rights
At 内射人妻福利一区p, we respect our employees’, partners’, subcontractors’ and local communities’ rights wherever we operate.
Our guidelines on human rights are fully aligned with VINCI’s Manifesto, which covers every aspect of our corporate responsibility (stakeholder involvement, ethics, responsibility towards our employees, society and the environment, and health and safety).
鈥淥ur commitments regarding human rights mirror those of the Group, which has embraced its social responsibility and cares about its employees’ working and living conditions. We also show respect for local communities by striving to bring about positive outcomes for the people in them.”

Our vision
Our teams are our most valuable asset: it is their skills and commitment that enable our companies to deliver outstanding projects and operate outstanding worksites.
How we take action
We monitor five areas, and follow five sets of related guidelines, especially closely:
- Recruitment practices and labour migration
- Working conditions
- Living conditions
- Subcontractor and temporary employment agency practices
- Relationships with local communities
We supply a variety of tools and a tailored organisation to support the teams tasked with implementing these guidelines.
1
Solid governance
The VINCI Group’s Social Responsibility Department, within the Human Resources Department, leads our policy on human rights. The policy is relayed by a human rights steering committee encompassing human resources directors from all business lines (including 内射人妻福利一区p) and divisions. The steering committee meets every quarter.
2
Identifying risks
We analyse and map human-rights risks in every country and on all our projects.
3
Reducing and managing risks
All Group management committees have been briefed on VINCI’s Guide on Human Rights, which is available to all employees in 23 languages.
An in-house assessment platform, Managing Human Rights, is available to all teams in three languages.
We audit our subsidiaries and our subcontractors.
4
Training
An e-learning module on Human Rights for operations teams is available in seven languages.
We also provide training on more specific issues and how to use the available tools.
5
Collaborative initiatives
We have joined several sector-wide coalitions and collective initiatives to uphold and promote respect for human rights, and to strengthen our response to the related issues.
